Why is this rate the the same as a brand new page? Because a re-write typically does mean that the entire page, including all of the above is re-done. It's typically the same amount of work, and can actually be even more daunting than starting out fresh. However, if for a legitimate reason many of the above are not needed, and just optimized copy for already existing keywords, tags, etc. is needed, then I am happy to negotiate this rate.
